Chris Benwell who has run Creature Comforts in Ross-on-Wye for 27 years has announced he is retiring.

It has been a tough year for Chris and his family with the loss of Julie, and then the coronavirus pandemic. However he is looking forward to moving away with his son for a new challenge.

The shop will close on Saturday 29th August. Ross-on-line spoke to Chris this morning and it is looking hopeful that someone will be taking the shop on, but this will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Ross-on-line wishes Chris all the very best for the future. He has always been extremely friendly and helpful, and offered great advice for pet owners.
