An eight week road closure is likely to cause significant delays near Kerne Bridge.

Residents in the area have received a letter, informing them that work will commence on 15th May, and will be completed on the 9th July, on the B4234 between Walford and Kerne Bridge.

The route is popular with many motorists and local residents.

A full road closure is expected to be in place and motorists are advised to plan ahead.

Surrounding routes are likely to be busier than normal.

Information on this road closure and other road closures in the area can be found by visiting the Herefordshire Council website – https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/roads-1/roadworks
