On Sunday morning Ross under 14 Juniors girls hosted Highnam Hurricanes. A fast start from Highnam put Ross under pressure and they got their reward after an early own goal from Ross. Ross fought back with a good goal from Beatrise to make the score 1-1 at halftime.

Ross played some good football at the beginning of the second half, but were eventually outworked by a resilient Highnam team for the majority of the second half. Ross couldn’t break through the oppositions solid defence and eventually conceded two late goals including a penalty.
