A cat has suffered serious injuries to its front legs which the owners suspect have been caused by some kind of snare or trap.

Boris returned to his home this evening in the Brampton area of Ross-on-Wye with deep wounds to both front legs and was rushed straight to the vets.

The owners said that Boris had X-rays taken at the vets which seemed to show no major breaks. However, Boris will be left to recover overnight and more tests will be done tomorrow to assess the full extent of his injuries. The vets have currently been unable to confirm to the owners what caused the injuries.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help with the vet bill: https://www.gofundme.com/f/evkm6x-save-boris?utm_source=customer&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all
