The conduct of the young people of Ross-on-Wye, including students at John Kyrle High School, has been commended by the local police force.

PCSO Claire Denton said: “Myself and colleagues have been extremely impressed since lockdown with the young people of Ross, the majority of which attend John Kyrle School. We have not had any problems at all with groups of youths or youths in general.”

Nigel Griffiths, headteacher said: “I am obviously delighted that the behaviour of our students continues to be outstanding, during these unprecedented times. Our students are a credit to their families.”
