Ross-on-Wye resident, Emily Lerego, and her Mum, Kim Niblett are jogging and cycling their way from John O’Groats to Lands End virtually, which is 1083 miles, all for charity.

They are planning to complete the journey in 8 weeks by walking/running and cycling and logging it on the map to show their progress. They will need to complete 19 miles per day to stay on target.

Emily and Kim are doing this to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity. Emily said: “In this difficult time more and more people have, and will be needing, some support with their mental health so any money we can raise to help them support everyone during and after this pandemic, will be greatly appreciated.”
