The A40 will be closed in both directions from Wilton roundabout to Overross roundabout from 8pm on Monday 26th April to 6am on Tuesday 27th April to allow for inspection work to take place.
The official diversion from Highways England is more than 50 miles long. However many locals will know shorter diversions available.
