Ross-on-Wye Town Councillors have voted through a recommendation to donate £10,000 to the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) appeal for Ukraine.
The donation was approved at the Annual meeting of the Full Council which took place this evening, Monday 9th May and will be made from the general reserves.
They also voted to support people locally through multiple applications to the Grant’s Scheme for those who are supporting refugees coming to Ross.
