West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident that occurred this evening, 23rd March, at approximately 6pm in the river area of Ross Rugby Club. The incident involved a male described as approximately 40 years-old, with short fair hair, average build, average height, wearing black top and black trousers.
