Police appeal after stone thrown from bridge onto car on A40
Police are appealing for information/witnesses following an incident where a large stone, described as fist size, was thrown from the bridge on Brampton Road, Ross-on-Wye onto a car travelling on the A40 on Saturday 25th June.
The incident happened at approximately 2.45pm. Luckily there were no reported injuries however the front window of the car was damaged and the occupants were left extremely shaken.
West Mercia Police told Ross-on-Line that witnesses described those involved as 3 white males, aged between 15-17years. One male was wearing a baseball cap, one with bright clothing and another with dark clothing.
