A planning application has been submitted by D P Rollings Ltd to convert the derelict flats on Wye Street, Ross-on-Wye.

The application is for the proposed conversion of, and extension to, the existing Riverview Flats building to form six 2-bed apartments with new end staircores and an additional storey above.

The flats have fallen into disrepair after being empty for a number of years.

Comments on the application need to be submitted to Herefordshire Council by Friday 18th September 2020.
