Hereford and South Herefordshire MP Jesse Norman, together with other local MPs, Bill Wiggin, Fay Jones and Mark Harper, have written a letter to the Chief Secretary to the Treasury calling for a three-year integrated spending package in the forthcoming Spending Review specifically focused on cleaning up the River Wye.

The MPs ask for £10-15m funding and that the funding comes from fines paid by water companies for unpermitted pollution discharges.
