Following an appeal by Katie Fowler from Kts Craft Warehouse on Wednesday to fill an arctic lorry to send to Ukraine, the community of Ross-on-Wye stepped up, and tonight that lorry was completely filled with donations just from Ross.

Pupils from Monmouth School for Girls spent over an hour this evening helping to pack up all the donations, and worked extremely hard. Katie is very grateful for their help.

Tomorrow, Saturday 19th March, Katie will be having a stall at Ross-on-Wye Market to help to raise to pay for shipments to send to Ukraine.

She will be selling childrens craft items, as well as supporting Ukraine pins and bracelets and prints of a sunflower, which has been specially designed by a local artist for this appeal.

The stall will be at the Market House between 9am and 2.30pm.
