Two years on from the highest flood since 1947 it was another close call for Ross-on-Wye Rowing Club as river levels rose following storms Eunice and Franklin.
River levels peaked at 4.71m on Tuesday morning, and while the chalet and toilet block were flooded, the Clubhouse and shower block escaped the flood waters by approximately 5cm.
There is still some clearing up to do, which they plan to do this weekend. If anyone is available to help please pop down.
Work on the Clubhouse rebuild is scheduled to restart on Monday.
