Finding out you are expecting a baby is exciting news for any family, but one Ross-on-Wye couple received surprising news when they went for their scan in February.

Katie and Owen Furnell recently discovered they were expecting triplets. The couple who met in Year 7 at John Kyrle High School, already have a 4 year-old daughter and were completely shocked to find out that triplets, which were conceived naturally, were on the cards.

Katie told Ross-on-line: “I am feeling a lot of things. We are all still in shock really. Both excited and scared. All the normal feelings x3!”

The babies are due to be born some time in June with a cesarean delivery planned.
