For many years, the Ross-on-Wye Lions Club have made sure that the town centre is brightened up with flowers in the two boxes they installed, one on High Street and the other at Five Ways. Last year new boxes were installed to ensure they looked the best they could for the summer months.

The boxes have been planted with summer bedding plants that will give a pleasing display, and the Lions are yet again very thankful to Ross Garden Store for their generous donation of the plants.

President, Keith Wilding, explained: “We are very grateful to Glyn and the Ross Garden Store for their help and support, without their advice and kind donation we would not have the potential for the displays that help to welcome visitors to our town.”

Members of Ross-on-Wye Lions Club are always keen to be involved with any projects that are help to the community, if you know of something that may be of interest to them or think you might like to know more about what it means to volunteer with Ross Lions then please get in touch via the website, Facebook Page or phone 0345 8335786.
