Hanks’ Meat and Game is a family-run butchers based in the heart of Ross-on-wye. They pride themselves on sourcing only the finest quality local meat and game. Tim Hanks, multi-award-winning butcher and son of a local game keeper, stays true to his roots by offering only meat from the local Three Counties countryside. Whether you are buying as a gift for friends, as a thank you to work colleagues or for your own extra special Christmas dinner, there’s a hamper to cater for your every need. These luxurious hampers include some of Hanks’ favourites including a succulent gammon joint, specially selected streaky bacon and a homemade pork pie. And, of course, they include all of your traditional Christmas meats that no festive table can be set without. Their luxury turkey breast is hand prepared and specially selected and their famous pigs in blankets are made with their own homemade pork sausages.
