Local Whitchurch boy, George Shannon, wanted to bring a smile to faces within the community by making and giving away cupcakes in return for donations.
He raised £25, which he wanted to donate to charity.
Seven-year-old George decided that the money should help the Friends of Ross Community Larder and wanted to buy the food from a local business, so chose Woods of Whitchurch to make his purchases.
