To mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Ross-on-Wye Town Council have gifted local Primary School and nursery children with a keep-sake to remember this historic occasion.

The children in the Town Council Parish have been presented with a Jubilee key ring, made by Ross-on-Wye company, Crossfield Creations, to keep as a memento.

The Mayor, Cllr Ed O’Driscoll, delivered the key rings to Ashfield Park Primary School. He said: “It has been great to see so many young people getting into the party spirit at the weekend. We hope this small gift will serve as a reminder of this happy and historic time in their future years.”

Charlotte Reynolds, Community Development Officer, was delighted to present the children of Brampton Abbotts Primary School, Ross Pre-School Playgroup and Abacus Nursery with their gifts. Deputy Clerk, Carla Boyles, presented St Joseph’s Primary School and Nursery with theirs.
