Ross Juniors under 8’s girls had their second game of football on Sunday morning in a great mini football festival with Tupsley Girls FC at the sports centre.

Ross played two games, first they played Tupsley Wildcats and then Tupsley Tigers. The Ross girls loved it and just like last week Lucy was superb in goal. The defence of Erin and Amelie worked hard and tacked fiercely. Bronte, Lily and Delilah provides the energy in the middle of the park and Isla was her usual skill full self.

Tupsley Wildcats then played the Tigers in a closely fought game with fantastic skills and commitment from all girls. The parents were superb too with their encouragement and support from the side.

Goalscorers for Ross were Erin, with a spectacular long range effort, and two from the excellent Isla. Tupsley also scored many fantastic goals.
