This morning, Saturday 24th October, the official launch of the Ross-on-Wye Poppy Appeal 2020 took place.

Members of the branch socially distanced around the Memorial Planter in Broad Street as a short service, conducted by Rector Sean Semple, took place.

Members of the public are invited to place a cross to remember a loved one in the Memorial Planter. Wooden crosses are available to buy from Crossfield Creations. For a donation of £3 (all inclusive) you can have the cross engraved, with all proceeds going to the Ross Poppy Appeal.

Ross-on-Wye and District Branch of the RBL expressed their thanks to Easylawn of Withington for the kind donation of the turf for the Memorial Planter.
