Naomi Haggett, Morrisons Community Champion, is looking to create a ‘covid snake’ made from painted rocks which will be displayed around the outside of the Ross-on-Wye store, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent addition.

Naomi told Ross-on-line: “I would like as many local residents, school and organisations to be involved. I am looking for any colour and any pattern, but the brighter the better.”

The aim is for the display to be installed by October half term. The project is open to all ages. You can submit your painted rock by dropping it off at the Morrisons kiosk in store. Entries to be received by 18th October. Naomi is happy to arrange collection from schools, groups and care homes. Please contact champion.rossonwye@morrisonsplc.co.uk to arrange collection or contact the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Morrisons-Ross-on-Wye-in-the-Community-221730442437137/
